Credentials and Private Practice

My private practice is the core of my Coaching work. I work one-on-one, or in small groups, to support and motivate my clients to move forward in their personal and professional lives. Each weekly session is 40 minutes in length, takes place via phone and includes unlimited email check-ins.

In addition to my private practice, I also lead many workshops and programs including;

- Wellness programs for individuals and corporate groups
- Creating a Life Worth Living workshops for artists and entrepreneurs
- Mom's Motivation Groups for moms balancing motherhood, self-care and professional life
- Go There! Movement Classes combine coaching principals with great movement and music

I also teach Coaching courses at JFK University in Northern California . I am a consulting Life Coach for Fitness Magazine, a presenter at International Coach Federation conferences and the lead teacher and trainer for the Creating a Life Worth Living program.
